Practicing IP law for 14 years in Silicon Valley, Mr. Diepenbrock brings with him a wealth of practical experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Mr. Diepenbrock worked as an engineer for 20 years in Silicon Valley for several firms, including National Semiconductor, Altos Computers, and Intel Corporation, prior to his law career. In private practice, Mr. Diepenbrock has focused his prosecution work on electronics, software, networks, optics, database management systems, multiprocessor systems, and graphics subsystems. Mr. Diepenbrock has also performed opinion work and litigation support, including taking depositions and preparing trial experts, and helped in the assessment of patent portfolios in sale of assets transactions.
